Once we pickup your laundry you will be able to follow the various stages your laundry is in through our FREE Apple and Android app. When your clean laundry is ready to be delivered back to you, you will receive an email (optional) in addition to the tracking update stating that we are en-route, along with the approximate time we will be delivering your laundry back to you.

We will pickup your dirty clothes from your home or office and deliver it back to you the same day. This option is only valid for wash & fold pickups before 8:30am.All other pickups will be delivered within 24 hours. (excluding special dry cleaning items)

1. Place your laundry and dry cleaning in separate bags. Put a slip of paper that says "dry cleaning" to mark the separate bags.
2. For your first Medium/Large FOLD Wash & Fold laundry order, use any bag that's about the size of a Medium/Large kitchen bag (8/13 gallons, respectively).
3. Place your laundry outside or hand your laundry directly to your FOLD driver.
4. Your laundry and dry cleaning will be returned in special complementary FOLD bags for you to use on your next pickup.

If you need are looking to get laundry or dry cleaning done on a regular basis Fold Club might be the right fit for you. When you join the club you will be able to enjoy discounted flat rate pricing for both wash & fold (priced per bag instead of per pound) and dry cleaning (priced per garment).

A fold bag typically holds between 19-20lbs. Make sure it’s closed fully and you will only be charged $29.99 per bag (comes to $1.49 a pound). If it fits in the bag you know the price!
